Go to the Wallet section, select UPI as your deposit method, enter the amount and confirm with your UPI PIN. The funds typically appear in your h2o2 wallet within a minute. If the balance does not update after two minutes, check the transaction in your UPI app before contacting support.

Yes, both Paytm and PhonePe are available as deposit and withdrawal methods for supported India accounts. Select your preferred app at the Wallet screen, complete the payment inside the app, and the balance reflects automatically. Withdrawal back to Paytm or PhonePe follows the same route.

After you submit a withdrawal request, our team runs a brief security check — usually completed within a few hours for verified accounts. Once cleared, funds move to your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe account. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer due to the initial identity confirmation step.

Standard verification requires a government-issued photo ID — Aadhaar card or PAN card are most commonly used. Upload a clear image through the Verification section in your account settings.
